Create a desk. Connect trade-only. Enroll (or Kent marks you after the PDF). Then:

Customer REST — mint a desk token at /desk/api, then GET /api/v1/me
Engine REST — mint a platform token on Control, then GET /api/v1/desks
Push — POST /api/hooks/signal with HMAC. Repeat the pair they already elected. Floor fan-out uses the Control secret.
